Purchasing Sounds with us is easy! Just follow these simple step-by-step directions and you'll be set to go!

1.) Click 'Add to Cart' button next to the sound collection(s) you would like to purchase.

2.) Choose the format you would like each collection to be shipped from the 'Choose a Format' dropdown menu (Download Option, Floppy Disk, Zip Disk, CD-ROM, SmartMedia, or Compact Flash Card) Note*All sounds ordered will ship on (1) Zip, CD, Smartmedia, or Compact Flash Card per order. Do not select more than one when choosing a format.

3.) Choose the preferred shipping method from the 'Shipping Method' dropdown menu. Shipping costs will then automatically be added to your purchase.

4.) Click 'Save and Check Out'.

5.) Choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Digital Check then click 'continue'.

6.) Enter Billing Information & click 'Complete Order Now'.

7.) When order completes, it will take you to an order completed transaction page. Next to each product purchased there will be a link 'CLICK HERE' to instantly download your sounds. Make sure to download all items before closing this page out. Orders not completed correctly will result in sounds not being instantly available after transaction is completed. In this case, email info @ gotchanoddin.com and the download link will be re-generated.

Disks/items that are shipped have a 30 day replacement/exchange offer where you are allowed to return defective/damaged disks for a replacement disk(s). Due to digital information software & duplication capabilities, all items are non-refundable. To replace a defective disk, contact us within 30 days to request a RMA number (Return Management Authorization) & we will ship out a replacement as soon as received.

8.) If you purchased sounds requiring shipment, you will receive an Order Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number through www.usps.com. Items will ship within 24-48 hours from time of order. Orders typically take 3-5 business days in the U.S. and 1-2 weeks international (varies per country).

10.) 2Checkout.com is the payment processor/Ecommerce company. Their contact information will be included with email receipts. Only Contact 2Checkout.com if you have a question regarding your bill. 11.) All Products are available for instant download option excluding items that state 'Download Link Emailed for this Item'. Even if you have ordered an item for shipping, it will still be available for instant download. This is so you can use your sounds immediately while waiting for your order to arrive. Download links that are emailed will be sent within 24 hours (usually within 10 min. to 1hr.). Make sure to download items immediately as all download links are temporary.
