Akai MPC 3000

MPC 3000 sounds are pre-programmed in .pgm program and .snd files. MPC 3000 instrument sounds feature one sample on each pad bank in each pgm file and are mapped across all of the pads. When using the download option, MPC 3000 sounds will not play on the computer. You must first convert the snd files to wav files in the MPC before being able to play back on a computer.

Addon Collections typically feature 96 samples spread across 3 pgm files. Sound kits featuring 64 sounds will contain 1 patch file.
