1. No Purchase Necessary (See rule #4). Purchase will not improve odds of winning.

2. You will be automatically entered in the GN Monthly Giveaway each time you place an order with GotchaNoddin.com during the contest period, The person placing the order or whose name appears on the entry form shall be eligible to be declared the winner. If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, GotchaNoddin.com will then offer the prize to the 1st runner-up. If the 1st runner-up cannot accept the prize for any reason, then the prize will be offered to the next runner-up, until someone is able to accept the prize.

3. Contest is open internationally. Each winner agrees to allow GotchaNoddin.com to use his/her name, photo, and music for promotional purposes.

4. To enter the GN monthly giveaway without ordering from GotchaNoddin.com, send an email via form HERE or send your entry on a postcard to GN Monthly Giveaways, P.O. Box 191141, Atlanta, Ga 31119-1141. Each entry postcard must be individually postmarked and mailed separately. You must include your name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number. Please include an email address if possible for easier notification of winners. All correspondence, including addressing, must be in entrant's personal handwriting. No mechanically reproduced or electronically produced entries will be accepted. All mailed entries must be postmarked during the contest period and must be received no later than the deadline, regardless of postmark date. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail. Entries which are mutilated, altered, or tampered with, illegible, or containing printing errors are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prizes: Winners will be selected in a random drawing. The Grand Prize (one winner) consists of new sounds and samples listed as the giveaway for the month.

6. Winners are responsible for all licenses, fees, registrations, port taxes, and any local, state, and federal taxes. By entering or accepting a prize in this contest, winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Void where prohibited. The potential winners will be notified by telephone or email, and must reply via phone or email and (where legal) Publicity Release within 7 days of notification or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

7. Unless otherwise prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission to have name of winner published on GotchaNoddin.com's Web site. Prize substitutions will occur if winner already owns monthly giveaway prize. The winner agrees to release and hold harmless GotchaNoddin.com, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from his/her acceptance or use of any prize or his/her participation in this promotion.
